Coach ES

Coach ES began his journey in basketball development in the mid-80s with the Maryland Terrapins women’s team. His coaching career gained momentum in the early 90s with Turnpike’s house league, where his leadership earned him Coach of the Year honors three times. He then spent seven impactful years with the Fairfax Stars, guiding his final team in 2002 to a national ranking of 12th in the country. His commitment to the game continued at the collegiate level as an assistant coach at the College of Southern Maryland, before transitioning fully into officiating and year-round player development.

Driven by decades of on-court experience, Coach ES brings a deep understanding of competitive basketball and the discipline it demands. His training emphasizes not just technical growth but also the resilience, integrity, and focus needed to succeed at higher levels. Whether mentoring young athletes or refining the skills of seasoned players, Coach ES creates an environment where excellence is earned through effort, and potential is realized through persistence.

Coach Hak

Coach Hak brings a bold, unorthodox approach to basketball development by challenging conventional training techniques. His trainings go beyond the basics, developing not only physical skills but also the mental and emotional toughness required to thrive in competition and in life.

At the core of Coach Hak’s philosophy is a commitment to respect, teamwork, and accountability. Every session is designed to push the athlete’s limits while reinforcing the values and work ethic that helps build champions—on and off the court. The focus isn’t just on sharper handles or cleaner footwork, but on showing up with discipline, holding yourself and your teammates accountable, and learning to lead through adversity.

With the mantra “Real Ballers Adjust (RBA)” and a guiding belief to “grind in the shadows so you can shine in the light,” Coach Hak prepares athletes to meet challenges head-on—transforming struggle into strength and potential into performance.
